A painting that resonates with my first inroduction to hunting, wildlife, and understanding turkeys. These beautiful birds are true survivalists. You can setup on a bird just over a lip and knowing exactly where he is when you sit, then all of a sudden he has looped around you and out flanked you with ease. It game over then. You try and adjust and all you here is that single putt and he vanishes into the woods. The amount of times these birds have baffled me and put me on wild goose chases on the mountains is to many to count. But that right there is where I get my excitment from. These birds get my heart pumping more than any other game out there and I love every moment of it.
